Have a happy father’s day to my papa. You know how much I value you. To best describe how I used to grow as papa’s little girl I quoted this from the song “Dance with my Father” by Luther Vandross.
Back when I was a child
Before life removed all the innocence
My father would lift me high
And dance with my mother and me and then...
When I and my mother would disagree
To get my way I would run from her to him
